Ryan James Kemp is a relational systems futurist and leadership strategist working at the intersection of systems transformation and relational intelligence.

Over the past fifteen years, he has worked in more than sixty-five countries with leaders, organizations, investors, and Indigenous knowledge holders, exploring how perception and worldview shape the systems humanity creates.

His work helps leaders navigate complexity, recognize inherited patterns, and redesign decision-making with greater coherence and long-term awareness.

Ryan is the founder of (re)Biz, the world's first systems-thinking un-school, and the creator of Relational Attunement, an applied approach for redesigning systems through paradigmatic perception and relationship.

Through initiatives including Sixth Sun Immersions, DIVA, Embodied Lawyering and Indigenous-led biocultural partnerships, he works with cutting-edge leaders seeking systemic and relational change that goes beyond surface-level transformation.

His work draws from systems thinking, ecology, somatics, Indigenous relational frameworks, and depth psychology, alongside real-world leadership and governance work across cultures and sectors.
